What is required by The State of North Carolina to be inspected?
All Structural Components (floors, walls, foundation, columns or piers, ceilings and roofs); Any abnormal water penetration or abnormal condensation; plumbing, roofing, exterior, electrical, heating, air conditioning, interiors, insulation & ventilation, and built-in kitchen appliances.

Smoky Mountain Home Inspection's reports are detailed and easy to follow with pictures to match, even in the summary. We believe the Home Inspection Document is an informative piece for the client and in it should contain important need-to-know information as well as the items needing attention. This provides the client a more complete understanding of the property.

We are dedicated to you, are professional, easy to talk with, loyal, and look forward to build a lasting relationship with each person we meet.
