I joined Smoky Mountain Home Inspections in 2018 to work along side my husband of now 39 years. My experience was in office management, medical insurance billing and HR. I also ran a bookkeeping business as well. My goal in the inspection services was to schedule inspections and keep our team of inspectors busy working. I truly loved it. Just this past February I “retired” after working full time most of my adult life. It was great. Now that it’s just Hugh, I have come back to the business to fill in some gaps. This being our family business it’s only natural to do all that I can to keep our realtors and clients happy. I look forward to talking to you soon. Contact me at : [email protected] Hugh Alexander*
I have a strong knowledge base of Heating and Air Conditioning, having attended Marietta Cobb Vo-Tech in Atlanta, GA in 1983; afterward working for Moncrief Heating & Air in Atlanta for 5 years as a Service Technician. The next 10 years I worked for Grainger Industrial Supply as their HVAC Specialist in outside sales, dealing with all HVAC companies in WNC. Over the next 12 years, I worked as a Territory Manager for The Trane Company; covering Buncombe County, north to Ashe County and east to Caldwell County. In that time I supported HVAC dealers in this geographic area. In 2013, I went through the requirements laid out by the State of NC for Home Inspections; which included having a minimum of 200 hours of classroom and field training before sitting for the State Exam.I am a licensed North Carolina Home Inspector (license #3311), and am bonded and insured. The most expensive component of a home is the HVAC system. I am well versed in this field to represent a fair and correct picture of your investment. Contact me via email at: [email protected] |
